Authorship & Plagiarism Declaration

Submission to the Conference Proceedings of Science (CPS) confirms that the authors agree to the following terms and conditions regarding authorship, originality, and academic integrity:

Authorship Responsibility

By submitting a manuscript to CPS, the authors declare that:

  • All listed authors have contributed significantly to the research work.
  • All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • No individual who did not contribute intellectually has been listed as an author.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for communication with CPS and coordination with co-authors.
  • Authors understand that requests for changes in authorship (addition, removal, re-order) after submission will only be considered with written consent from all authors and valid justification.

Originality & Plagiarism Policy

Authors confirm that:

  • The submitted manuscript is original and has not been previously published elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is not under consideration by any other journal, conference, or proceedings.
  • Data, images, and figures are authentic, or permissions have been obtained where necessary.
  • Any materials taken from other sources (text, figures, tables, methodology) are properly cited and referenced.
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate submission, and redundant publication are strictly prohibited.

CPS defines plagiarism as including, but not limited to:

  • Copying text, ideas, or results without citation
  • Reuse of previously published material by the same author (self-plagiarism)
  • Republishing identical or near-identical work
  • Publishing translations of previously published work without disclosure

Similarity Check

Every submitted manuscript undergoes plagiarism screening using professional similarity detection tools.

  • Acceptable similarity threshold: ≤ 20% (excluding references)
  • Similarity above the threshold will result in:
    • Revision request, OR
    • Rejection without review

Intentional or severe plagiarism will lead to:

  • Immediate rejection
  • Permanent blacklist of all authors
  • Notification to the author’s institution (if necessary)

ublic Disclosure & Ethical Compliance

Submitting authors certify that:

  • All research involving human or animal participation has received proper ethical approval (if applicable).
  • Any conflicts of interest have been fully disclosed.
  • Funding sources, if any, have been acknowledged clearly.
