The Conference Proceedings of Science (CPS) operates under a transparent and standardized publication fee structure. These fees support the editorial process, peer review management, DOI registration, indexing services, technical hosting, and digital archiving.

What the Publication Fee Covers

The publication fee includes:

  • Editorial review & plagiarism screening
  • Peer review coordination
  • DOI assignment for each article
  • Online hosting and archiving
  • Open Access publication (CC BY 4.0)
  • Placement in CPS digital library
  • Preparing files for indexing systems

Exemptions / Discounts

CPS may grant reductions in special cases:

  • Student First Author: 20% discount
  • Authors from Low-Income Countries: 50% discount
  • Partner Universities / Conference Collaborators: fee waived or discounted (case-by-case)

Requests for discounts must be submitted before payment with proof.

Payment can be made after acceptance via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Western Union / MoneyGram
  • University Institutional Payment
  • Online Payment Gateway (coming soon)

Payment instructions will be delivered to the corresponding author with the acceptance letter.
