Templates & Formatting — CPS Proceedings

Conference Proceedings of Science (CPS) requires all manuscripts to be prepared strictly according to the official CPS template prior to submission. Papers that do not follow the template will be returned for correction before review.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts must follow the IMRaD format and the layout structure used in the official template.

Title (max 12 words, no abbreviations)

Authors + Affiliations + Corresponding Author Email

ABSTRACT (150–300 words, no citations)

Keywords (5–7 words, avoid “and/of”)

License Statement (auto included in template)

Notes:

  • Abstract must be self-contained and informative.
  • Do not include figures, tables, or equations in the Abstract.
  • Keywords must not repeat title wording.

Figures, Tables & Equations

Figures

  • Centered & high-resolution (≥ 300 dpi).
  • Caption placed below the figure.
  • Must be cited in the text (e.g., Fig. 1).

Tables

  • Caption placed above the table.
  • Numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1).
  • Must be referenced in the text.

Equations

  • Centered; number aligned to the right margin.
  • Use MS Equation Editor or MathType.
  • Example:

E = mc²      (1)

References — IEEE Style

All references must be formatted according to the IEEE Citation Style.

In-Text Citation:

As stated in [4]...

According to Ref. [9]...
